Ancient Tonga is a small cultural village providing tours with demonstrations and activities for visitors and guests. Tours range from 45min to 65min depending on the package and allow interactive tour for guests to learn and be informed on cultural aspects of Tongan living. Range of demonstrations from our Tongan Mats to the Tongan Ground Oven (Umu), Coconut Oil Making, Traditional Medicine Practices and more.
We are more than just sandy sandy beaches, blue waters and tropical weather. We are our culture, and at Ancient Tonga we want to share our culture with you. With an experience to remember you will flow through our village and learn about the practices of food preparation, medicinal remedies, the art of Ngatu making and weaving.
